Pickle from beef

Wash and clean the beef. Dice into small cubes and marinate with 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and ½ tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
Cook the meat with ½ cup of water in a pressure cooker on medium flame till 5 whistles.
Heat 3 tsp sesame oil in a deep fry pan. Transfer the cooked beef and fry it in the pan. Keep aside the fried beef.
Now into the same pan add 1 tsp mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds splutter add in 1 tsp mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds splutter add 3 tbsp chopped green chilly, 1 tbsp of ginger paste and garlic paste each. Saute well.
Pour 1 cup of tamarind water. Cook till the tamarind water is fully absorbed and evaporated. Add 3 tsp chili powder and 3 tsp of homemade pickle powder. Stir well the ingredients.
Finally pour in 1 cup of vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let the gravy to come to boil.
Turn off the flame and transfer the fried beef into gravy and mix well. Beef pickle is ready.
