  • 3 ounce pork
  • 6-8 Nos fish balls
  • 6 Nos medium size shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce

How to Make Bee Thai Bak Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Cut pork meat into smaller pieces. Cut scallion into small rings. Take a pot, add water and bring to boil. Add rice noodles and cook them well. Once rice noodles are cooked drain off the water and keep it aside. Add water in a chicken broth and bring to boil.

Now add the minced pork, shrimp and fish balls then cook it for a minute or two until all the ingredients are cooked well.

Then add the fish sauce, white pepper powder and then turn off the flame. Place rice noodles in a bowl and add cooked ingredients, garlic oil and scallions before serving.
