Green beans prepare to give a tasty accompaniment.

1 set a pan on the stove. Turn off the flame. Pour in 2 tbsp of sunflower oil and allow it to heat.
2 when the oil turns hot, add ½ tsp mustard seeds, 2 sliced onions,1 chopped green chilly, a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp of turmeric powder.
3 saute till the onion turns brown and transparent.
4 add 2 tsp of red chilli flakes and saute till the raw smell of chilli is gone
5 transfer the chopped beans to the pan and saute for two minutes.
6 then cook the beans covered for five minutes in a low flame.
7 stir in between. Cook again covered for another five minutes.
8 turn off the flame and serve the beans.
