Ingredients for Beancurd In Tenderloin Recipe

  • 450 gram pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 No.s green onions
  • 1 No.s Egg
  • 2 No.s large fresh beancurd sheets
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Beancurd In Tenderloin Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Combine pork tenderloin strips, five spice powder, salt, ground pepper, sweet dark soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions and egg. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2. Place a piece of prepared beancurd sheet on your work surface. Wipe with a damp towel to soften. Spoon a generous strip of marinated meat mixture onto one edge of a piece  roll neatly into a cylinder. Place steam side down on a plate.

step 3

  • STEP 3.1. Heat some oil in a frying pan, lower the meat rolls into the hot oil and deep fry it.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Cook for 4-5 minutes max until they turn golden.

step 5

  • STEP 5.2. Slice each roll at a diagonal and serve immediately with sweet chilli.
