A easy, instant healthy dish prepared from blanched bean sprouts topped with gravy and fried garlic. Stir fry mung bean sprouts or bean sprouts is an easy healthy vegetarian dish, without oyster sauce. It is also often served with Hainanese chicken rice. Drizzle some soy sauce mixture and fried garlic on blanched bean sprouts for a simple meal.

Ingredients for Bean Sprouts With Fried Garlic Recipe

  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Nos garlic clove
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 400 milliliter Water
  • 400 gram bean sprouts

  • STEP 1.Mince the garlic cloves
  • STEP 2.Add oil in a pan and heat it. Add minced garlic and saute it until golden brown, take it out and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Add soy sauce, sugar ,water ,white pepper into a pan. Cook the mixture at low flame only until the sugar dissolves and keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.Using the same pan add bean sprouts and saute it for 60 secs. Serve it out and top with gravy. Now garnish with fried rice.
