Sliders in practically any flavor are genuine party food. They're ideal for casual dining, snacks and game day watching with the family. At our house, they're usually gobbled-up in minutes. This meatloaf version is for all of the meatloaf sandwich fans in the world. I've often said that, i'm not sure what i enjoy more, a freshly baked meatloaf or the meatloaf sandwich that was sure to follow later in the day. These sliders allow you to skip the meal and go straight to the sandwich. I'm all in.
