  • 1 Red Lentils Bowl
  • 400 gram Curd
  • 1 Onion
  • 8-10 Curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • As required Salt
  • 2 Chillies
  • As required Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 2-3 tablespoon Oil

Directions: Batkar Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Pressure cook lentils for 4 whistles.

step 2

  • STEP 1.take oil in a saucepan.

step 3

  • STEP 1.add mustard seeds and let it crack completely.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add curry leaves, chopped onions and chilies and roast it till it becomes golden.

step 5

  • STEP 1.add ginger garlic paste.

step 6

  • STEP 1.add turmeric powder, coriander powder and chili powder.

step 7

  • STEP 1.add some water .

step 8

  • STEP 1.after some time add lentils and mix it well.

  • STEP 1.add salt and cook it for a while.

step 10

  • STEP 1.now add yoghurt and cook it for 5 minutes.

step 11

  • STEP 1.batkar sabzi is ready to serve now.
