Bati churma Recipe
Churma is a flour based traditional Rajasthani sweet.In Rajasthani cuisine, churma is prepared from Bati - a baked wheat flour delicacy which is consumed along with dal. Dal bati churma is a dish which is also a very famous.
Bati churma is prepared by two methods. In one method it is consumed roasted / baked bati (ground in coarse powder)along with ghee, sugar and dryfruits. In other method coarse powder of bati is sauted in ghee and furrher sugar and dry fruits are added.
