How to Make Bathua Ka Raita Recipe
STEP 01
Cut the bathua & wash it well with water.
STEP 02
Boil bathua in pressure cooker
STEP 03
Let the boiled bathua cool down first then grind it to make a paste
STEP 04
In a bowl add curd, salt as per taste,black pepper powder,roasted cumin powder & red chilli powder.
STEP 05
Mix all well.
STEP 06
Add the grinded paste of bathua into the curd and mix well.
STEP 07
