Ingredients for Bathua Ka Raita Recipe

  • 250 gram bathua
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 2 cup curd
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

Directions: Bathua Ka Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the bathua & wash it well with water.

  • STEP 2.Boil bathua in pressure cooker

step 3

  • STEP 3.Let the boiled bathua cool down first then grind it to make a paste

step 4

  • STEP 4.In a bowl add curd, salt as per taste,black pepper powder,roasted cumin powder & red chilli powder.

  • STEP 5.Mix all well.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add the grinded paste of bathua into the curd and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Raita making doesnt include any cooking directions.
