  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard Seeds

  • 0.63 En Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • STEP 1.Boil, peel, and mash the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
  • STEP 3.Add mashed potatoes, turmeric powder, salt, and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Shape the potato mixture into small balls and dip them in the gram flour batter.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
