  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 0.13 cup Mint Leaves
  • 0.63 En Chilies

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.To make the potato filling, boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and add the mashed potatoes. Cook for a few minutes and remove from heat.
  • STEP 2.Slice the buns horizontally and spread butter on the inside. Toast the buns on a griddle until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.To assemble, place a generous amount of the potato filling inside the bun. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!

Cooking Tips

  • You can add chopped green chilies for extra spiciness.
  • To make the chutney, blend together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.
  • You can also add a slice of cheese or a dollop of yogurt to enhance the flavor.
