Ingredients for Bata Macher Tok Recipe

  • 4 Pieces Bata fish
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 0.17 Cup Mustard oil
  • 0.33 Tsp mustard seed
  • 0.33 Pieces Mango ( small )
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Sugar
  • 1.67 Pieces green chilli
  • 0.17 Cup water

Directions: Bata Macher Tok Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a kadai heat oil. Fry all the fishes. And take them on a plate. In same kadai add mustard seed. Few seconds later add slice mango , mustard paste. Then fry it. 1 min later add salt , green chilli , turmeric powder, sugar . Fry another 2 mins. Then add water. 2 mins later add fishes. Wait for another 3 mins. Turn off the gas. Serve with steamed rice.
