Ingredients for Basonti Pulao Recipe

  • 1 cups dehradun basmati rice
  • 0.17 cup cashew-raisins
  • 0.08 tsp Food colour
  • 0.33 handful whole garam masalas
  • 2 cup Warm Water
  • As required To taste salt and sugar
  • As required As needed Ghee

Directions: Basonti Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first wash the rice and mix colour,ghee and sugar into it
  • STEP 2.Now heat a deep pot add whole garam masalas and let it aromatic
  • STEP 3.Now add cashew-raisins into the pot just stir once
  • STEP 4.Add the rice stir lightly adding salt
  • STEP 5.Add warm water and sugar and simmer
