Ingredients for Basket chat Recipe

  • 2 Cup Potato- forgrated
  • 1 Pinches Turmuric powder -peanche
  • 1.50 Tsp Cornflour
  • 1.50 Cups Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp mango masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black paper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • As Required Rock salt - peanche
  • As Required Kasmiri red chilli powder - peanche
  • As Required Crushed red chilli powder - peanche
  • 1/2 Cups Potato
  • 1/2 Tsp aram masala - peanche
  • 1/2 tbsp Chat masala - half
  • 1/2 cup Chhole boiled - half
  • 1/2 cup Curd-
  • 2 Pieces Laccha katori
  • 1/2 cup mix fruits
  • 1/2 cup Dry fruits
  • 2 drop Lemon juice

Directions: Basket Chat Recipe

  • STEP 1.RECIPE:
  • STEP 2.For Laccha Katori, Take Potato wash it & peel it then grate it & wash the grated Potatoes 4-6 times for remove its starch then keep it in the Water & put Turmeric Powder in it. Take a bowl put cloth & strainer in it then put the grated Potato & strain it with strainer & sqeeze it & remove all the Water from it. Put Cornflour in it & mix it. Keep a kadhai & put Oil in it for heating then take strainers & dip them in the heated Oil for greasing then put the grated Potatoes in it then fry it. Take it out in the plate & make all the Basket in this way.
  • STEP 3.For Masala, Take Mango Powder, Coriander Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Rock Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder & Crushed Red Chili Powder then mix them all.
  • STEP 4.For Stuffing, Take boiled Potatoes & cut them then deep fry them & put the Masala in it then mix it.
  • STEP 5.For Dahi Bada, Take Bread Slices & apply Curd in it then cut it in the round shape then put more Curd in it.
  • STEP 6.For Filling, Put Oil in a pan. Put Masala in it then put boiled Chhole/Chickpea in it then crush it. Put Garam masala in it then take out in the bowl.
  • STEP 7.Cut the Lemon Slices.
  • STEP 8.For Serving, Take a plate put Curd in it then place a Laccha Katori in it. Fill boiled Chhole, Masala Potatos, Dahi Bada, Grapes,
  • STEP 9.Sweet Chutney, Green Chutney, Whisked Curd, Coriander Leaves, long chopped Ginger, finely chopped Green Chili, Sev/Namkeen, Pomegranate, Matari, Lemon Juice in it & Enjoy the Laccha Katori.
