  • 1/4 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  • 0.13 cup each fresh basil + cilantro, chopped
  • 1 zucchini spiralized
  • 1/2 peaches diced
  • 1/4 jalapeño seeded + diced
  • 1 ounce goat cheese crumbled
  • As required mint, lime, and peanuts, for serving
