  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Blend the mixture to a smooth paste. Strain the paste to remove any lumps.
  • STEP 5.Heat butter in a pan and add the strained paste. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add cream, sugar, and kasuri methi. Cook for another few minutes.
