  • 3/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup barley flour
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.17 cup golden raisins
  • As required Mix all these ingredients together and set aside
  • As required In another bowl mix together
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal + 2 tbsp water
  • 0.17 cup Agave nectar
  • 1.50 tablespoon vegan "butter" like Earth Balance
  • 1.50 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soymilk + 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar, mixed and set aside for a minute to curdle
