Barbacoa de Res is a Mexican dish prepared from roasting beef with cumin seeds. And then cooking it in the blended sauce. Serve it with lime juice for delicious flavor.

For the sauce toast dried guajillo chile and garlic for 2 mins
Add the guajillo ,galic, ½ water, 1 cup vinegar and salt to a blender
Blend until smooth
In a large pot heat oil. Add salt and 2tbsp of ground cumin to one side of the beef
Add the beef to the pot and season it from both the sides.
Add ground cumin to season the top of the beef. Fry until brown.
Add 1 cup of water
Turn flame to low and cook for 1hour after covering
Add the sauce to the beef
Add cilantro and onions. Cook for an hour.
Serve with lime
