About Barazushi Recipe:
A japanese recipe of sushi with a lot of vegetables mixed in soy sauce mixture. Serve with kinshi tamago and seaweed.

Ingredients for Barazushi Recipe
- 1 small carrot
- 2-3 large dried Shiitake mushrooms
- 60 gram Takenoko
- 1/2 cup Dashi
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 cup Sushi Rice
- As required Kinshi Tamago
- As required Roasted Seaweed, thinly cut
- 5 blanched and sliced thinly snow peas
- As required Benishoga

How to Make Barazushi Recipe

STEP 01
Cut the carrot thinly

Soak the mushroom in water for 15mins and squeeze out water
step 3
STEP 01
Cut takenoko in small pieces
step 4
STEP 01
Boil dashi in a pot and add soy sauce, mirin and sugar
step 5
STEP 01
Add all the vegetables except snow peas
step 6
STEP 01
Cook for 7mins until the liquid dries out
step 7
STEP 01
In a large dish mix sushi dish and vegetables
step 8
STEP 01
Serve with kinshi tamago, roasted seaweed , snow peas and benishoga on top
