STEP 1.In a large bowl dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water. Wait for 10-15 minutes let it activate.
STEP 2.Add flour and knead for about 15 minutes. Cover it with a damp kitchen towel and let it proof for one hour in a warm place.
STEP 3.For the filling add ground pork meat to a large mixing bowl and stir in 3 tbsp water.
STEP 4.Now preheat the wok and add 3 tbsp of oil, along with minced ginger and diced onions. Cook and add pork. Cook until turns pale.
STEP 5.Add wine, dark soy sauce, sweet bean sauce, ground bean sauce, oyster, sugar, white pepper, sesame oil. With high heat stir and mix together.
STEP 6.Cook for a couple of more minutes to cook off any liquid. Stir cornstarch and water, allow bubbling together for 30 seconds to a minute. Turn off heat and let the filling cool down.
STEP 1.Take portions of the dough and roll into small pieces. You can start with smaller amounts and fold. Make circles, fill the center and seal the top. Lay parchment papers and put the buns on it.
STEP 1.Put it directly in the steamer. Let the buns stay for 15 minutes for another 15 minutes. With buns in the steamer start cold water and turn on the heat. Set the time to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes take them out.
STEP 7.Cool the buns completely. You can also store them in refrigerator.
