Ingredients for Banofee Parfait Recipe

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 pack digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup choco chips
  • 1/2 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 No.s Banana
  • As required Chocolate to garnish
  • As required A few Cherries

Directions: Banofee Parfait Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. Take a can of condensed milk and remove the sticker. Fill a pot with water, cover it and let it boil.

step 2

  • STEP 1. Place the can inside the pot and make sure it is submerged in it. Let it cook inside the pot for 3 hours at medium flame.

step 3

  • STEP 1. After 3 hours turn the flame off and take out the can once it gets cooled down. Your dulce de leche is ready.

step 4

  • STEP 1. In a blender add a pack of biscuits, chocolate chips and butter. Blend them together.

step 5

  • STEP 1. Take a glass and make a layer of biscuit crust. Placed sliced banana on top.

step 6

  • STEP 1. Pour the prepared dulce de leche and top it with whipped cream. Use grated chocolate and cherries to garnish.
