  • 400 milliliter coconut milk
  • 300 gram Sugar
  • 500 gram rice flour
  • 100 gram tapioca starch
  • 7 gram dry active/instant yeast
  • 450 milliliter lukewarm water

Directions: Banh Bo Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan over medium-low heat, mix the sugar and coconut milk. Stir well to dissolve. Let cool to temperature. In a very giant bowl, mix the rice flour, food product starch, and yeast.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Create a hole within the middle and pour in lukewarm water. Combine well and knead for ten minutes to make a soft piece of dough. Then add the coconut milk mixture.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Use your hands to crush the dough till it dissolves into liquid kind. Let sit for a minimum of 1½ hours in a very heat place till batter rises and plenty of little bubbles seem.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Spray egg cups with preparation spray or brush with oil. Pour the batter into the cups. Steam every batch for 10-15 minutes.
