How to Make Banh Bo Recipe

STEP 01

In a saucepan over medium-low heat, mix the sugar and coconut milk. Stir well to dissolve. Let cool to temperature. In a very giant bowl, mix the rice flour, food product starch, and yeast.

STEP 02

Create a hole within the middle and pour in lukewarm water. Combine well and knead for ten minutes to make a soft piece of dough. Then add the coconut milk mixture.

STEP 03

Use your hands to crush the dough till it dissolves into liquid kind. Let sit for a minimum of 1½ hours in a very heat place till batter rises and plenty of little bubbles seem.

STEP 04

Spray egg cups with preparation spray or brush with oil. Pour the batter into the cups. Steam every batch for 10-15 minutes.
