  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger, garlic, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
