  • As required Ingredients to prepare Bangada (Mackerel) fish fry:
  • 1/2 kg Cleaned Bangada fish - Half
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric powder. - Half
  • 2.50 spoon Chilli powder. -
  • 3 spoon Corriander powder. -
  • 3.50 spoon Salt. -
  • 3.50 nos Lemon juice. - Nos
  • 9.50 spoon Garlic 🧄 paste. - ( nos peeled)
  • 5.50 spoon oil. -

Directions: Bangada ( Mackerel) Fish Fry 😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Place a bowl - Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, corridor powder, salt, lemon juice, garlic paste and mix well - then apply the masala to fish and keep 30 mins for marinate well.
  • STEP 2.2. Place the pan add oil once pan is heated then place Bangada fish in pan to get deep fry then serve it well.
