  • STEP 1.Wash the banana peels thoroughly and remove any dirt or residue.
  • STEP 2.Cut the peels into small pieces and soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove any bitterness.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
