Ingredients for Banana Pancakes Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Nos large eggs
  • 2 Nos overripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions: Banana Pancakes Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add flour baking powder,nutmeg,salt and whisk it.

  • STEP 2.Then add buttermilk,butter,eggs,mashed banana,vanilla extract and whisk all the ingredients well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Let the batter rest for 5 mins.
  • STEP 4.Heat a griddle at medium flame. Add a tsp of butter onto the griddle and spread it. Now add the batter onto the griddle and cook it for 2-3 mins and then flip it.
  • STEP 5.Repeat the same with the rest of the batter. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve it with some fruit.
