STEP 1.In a bowl add flour baking powder,nutmeg,salt and whisk it.

STEP 2.Then add buttermilk,butter,eggs,mashed banana,vanilla extract and whisk all the ingredients well.

STEP 3.Let the batter rest for 5 mins.
STEP 4.Heat a griddle at medium flame. Add a tsp of butter onto the griddle and spread it. Now add the batter onto the griddle and cook it for 2-3 mins and then flip it.
STEP 5.Repeat the same with the rest of the batter. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve it with some fruit.
