  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mash ripe bananas and add chopped fenugreek leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add whole wheat flour, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Knead the dough using water and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin theplas.
  • STEP 5.Cook the theplas on a hot tawa until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
