Sharing one of my most favourite kuzhambu prepared using vazhai poo which i have been relishing from childhood. This delicious tangy kuzhambu pairs up excellent with hot plain rice.

  • 0.33 cup finely chopped onions
  • 0.33 teaspoon saunf
  • 1 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 0.33 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • As required Few coriander leaves
  • As required Salt
  • As required oil for Deep frying
  • As required For Kuzhambu
  • 0.67 tablespoon Gingelly oil
  • 0.33 teaspoon saunf
  • 0.17 inch Cinnamon Stick
  • 0.33 bay leaf
  • 0.33 Laung / cloves
  • 0.67 onions, finely chopped
  • 0.33 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 Big Tomato, Finely chopped
  • As required few curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon 2 chilli powder
  • 0.83 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.08 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • As required Salt
  • cup Lemon sized tamarind soaked in of water
