  • 0.06 cup thdeseeded dates.
  • 0.13 cup chopped bananas.
  • 1/4 cup Milk.

Directions: Banana Dates Smoothie Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. wash the dates well with water, drain and deseed each date fruit by carefully slitting on one side of the date using a sharp knife and pulling out the seed and discarding it .
  • STEP 2.2.Soak 1/4th of the deseeded dates in enough warm water for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.3. Add the soaked dates in a mixer - grinder jar .
  • STEP 4.4.Add 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup chopped bananas into the mixer- grinder jar.
  • STEP 5.5. Add 5 ice cubes into the dates ,milk, banana smoothie mixture and blend them together.
  • STEP 6.6. Your banana dates smoothie is ready to be served.
