  • STEP 3.Add rice flour, besan (gram flour), salt, and spices like red chili powder and turmeric powder. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Take small portions of the batter and shape them into small vadas.
  • STEP 5.Gently drop the vadas into the hot oil and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Remove the vadas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
