  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Add 1 cup of corn kernels, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of milk, 1 beaten egg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the mashed bananas. Mix well to combine.
