  • 2 Banana
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Water

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Wash the bananas, peel them and slice them finely.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl of water, add a tsp of salt and turmeric powder each and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add the sliced bananas to the same bowl and soak them for 5-10 minutes.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Once the bananas are soaked, drain the water and dry the banana slices on a kitchen towel.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a frypan and wait for the oil to get hot enough for frying.
  • STEP 3.Add the banana slices to the oil and fry till they are golden and crispy.
