How to Make Banana Bread Recipe
STEP 01
In a bowl take ripped bananas and add 1 cup of sugar. Beat to form a smooth paste.
STEP 02
Then add 1 cup of oil and 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
STEP 03
Place a sieve over the bowl and sieve maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon powder.
STEP 04
Combine all the dry ingredients with the banana puree.
STEP 05
Then add walnuts and gently mix everything together.
STEP 06
Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.
STEP 07
Place the tray into a preheated oven, bake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
STEP 08
Allow the cake to cool completely.
STEP 09
Cut the cake and serve on a plate.
