  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth.
  • STEP 2.Add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt, and chopped green chilies to the mashed bananas. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Take small portions of the batter and drop them gently into the hot oil.
  • STEP 4.Fry the bondas until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 5.Serve the Banana Bondas hot with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup.
