  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mash ripe bananas and add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and breadcrumbs. Mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
  • STEP 2.Take small portions of the banana mixture and shape them into small balls.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan and deep-fry the banana balls until golden and crispy. Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
