  • 900 gram Cassava
  • 2 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Directions: Bammy Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 - peel the cassava and great it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 - place the grated cassava on a baking tray covered with aluminium foil.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 - keep it out in the sun for 2 hours to dry.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 - transfer your cassava into a bowl.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 - add salt and flour to the bowl and mix everything.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 - make sure that there are no lumps and knead a dough.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7- flatten the dough with a rolling pin and give it a desired shape.

step 8

  • STEP 8.1 - bake the bammy in an oven for 5 minutes on each side.
