  • 0.13 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 cup Mixed Vegetables

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  • STEP 2.In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add your choice of protein and cook until browned. Push the protein to one side of the wok and crack an egg into the empty space. Scramble the egg and mix it with the protein.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked noodles to the wok and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the soy sauce, kecap manis, and spices. Mix well to coat the noodles and protein.
  • STEP 6.Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying until they are cooked but still crisp.
