Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • STEP 2.Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • STEP 4.Add the short ribs and sear on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  • STEP 5.Remove the short ribs from the pot and set aside.
  • STEP 6.In the same pot, add the onions, carrots, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
