  • 1/2 g 1 bowl overnig
  • 1 Cups Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • As Required Butter
  • 1/2 Packet butter milk
  • 1/2 Packet dahi
  • 1/2 Packet Fresh cream
  • 1/2 Cups Rice
  • 1/2 Kg Tomatoes
  • As Required fresh pudina
  • As Required Green chillies
  • As Required Lemon
  • As Required Coriander for garnishing
  • 1/2 Cup Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 Cups Besan
  • As Required Chopped garlic
  • 50 g Sugar
  • As Required Cooking oil
  • As Required spices like ( salt
  • As Required Kashmiri red chilly powder
  • As Required Paneer Masala
  • As Required Haldi powder
  • As Required jeera

Directions: Balle Balle Punjabi Platter Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) πŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈπŸ‘―β€β™‚οΈRecipe for Thrilling rajma -
  • STEP 2.Boiled over night soaked rajma with some salt .
  • STEP 3.Take a heavy bottom kadahi , put some Desi ghee in to it , put jeera , hing ginger garlic paste and chopped onion in to it .
  • STEP 4.Shallow fry onion till golden brown then mix chopped tomatoes or tomato puree as u like , add salt, red chilly powder, pinch of haldi , kasoori methi , rajma masala and mix well .
  • STEP 5.Add boiled rajma into it
  • STEP 6.Add water according how much consistency u want .
  • STEP 7.After thicken the gravy off gas flame and put your rajma aside .

  • STEP 9.Soaked rice in water for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 10.Take a cooker put some Desi ghee in to it , then add jeera salt and soaked rice (removing all the water ) add double quantity of water from rice and after close the lid take a whistle and keep it aside .

  • STEP 12.Take a heavy bottom kadahi put some Desi ghee then add jeera , ginger garlic paste chopped onion and shallow fry it till it becomes golden brown then add chopped tomato mix well .
  • STEP 13.Add salt, chilly powder, pinch of haldi,paneer masala , amul fresh cream and mix it well , put some curd it to it and again mix slowly .
  • STEP 14.Add big pieces of panner and thicken it as you like .

  • STEP 16.To make a dough take 1 bowl whole wheat aata add half tea spoon sugar, pinch of soda , salt , 2 spoon deshi ghee and make a soft dough with little water .
  • STEP 17.Rest the dough for 10 min .
  • STEP 18.Divide all the dough in to small balls equally.
  • STEP 19.Take a ball roughly flaten it with the help of roller spread deshi ghee in to it , sprinkle some salt and ajwain in to it and slowly rearrange it in to ball again and sprinkle chopped green chillies, chopped garlic and corrinder leaves and paste n it with hand .
  • STEP 20.Again roll it slowly with roller and fry it on tawa with amul butter or deshi ghee.

  • STEP 23.Add black salt and roasted jeera in to it and chilled it in to fridge .

  • STEP 25.For fritter- thin slice a potato and wash it .
  • STEP 26.Take 3 spoon besan in a mixing bowl,add red chilly powder, Ginger garlic paste , pinch of hing, ajwain and salt and make a watery dough , neither too much thicky Nor watery
  • STEP 27.Heat the Cooking oil and dip potato slices into besan dough one by one and deep fry all the slices on medium to high flame.

  • STEP 29.Take fresh pudina leaves in to mixer jar add some salt , green chilly and lemon juice and grind in to fine paste , u can add some water in to it .

  • STEP 31.Take 2 small size onion and cut them in to thin slices .
  • STEP 32.Take 2 spoon butter and melted it in microwave, add some chat masala and salt in to it .
  • STEP 33.Then add onion rings in to it and mix well.

  • STEP 35.Take an instant gulab jamun dough mix follow the steps as directed in to the packet and make spongy soft kala jaam .
  • STEP 36.Special note- always use Desi ghee for deep frying the gulab jamuns.
