Ingredients for Bal Kwa Sandwich Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 Nos shallot
  • 16 Nos cucumber slices
  • 2 teaspoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 Nos bak Kwa
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce

Directions: Bal Kwa Sandwich Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice shallots and cucumbers.

  • STEP 1.Slice bread and apply butter on both the sides of the bread.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan & toast the sliced breads in it until slightly brown. Beat an egg and fry it in a pan.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now reheat the back kwa the pan and apply honey water mixture if it.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now place bak kwa, sliced cucumbers, shallots, chilli sauce and fried omelette in between the two slices and serve.
