Slice shallots and cucumbers.

Slice bread and apply butter on both the sides of the bread.

Heat a pan & toast the sliced breads in it until slightly brown. Beat an egg and fry it in a pan.

Now reheat the back kwa the pan and apply honey water mixture if it.

Now place bak kwa, sliced cucumbers, shallots, chilli sauce and fried omelette in between the two slices and serve.
