Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic, shallots, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and egg.
  • STEP 2.Mix the ingredients until well combined and the mixture becomes sticky.
  • STEP 3.Using wet hands, shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  • STEP 4.Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the meatballs.
