Ingredients for Baklava Gujiya Recipe

  • 0.45 cups Refined flour - baking powdertsp vinegarolive oil or butterpinch of salt hot water
  • 1/5 tsp For stuffing:mawa dry fruits powered augerroasted suji
  • 0.15 cup For syrup:cup sugar water and lemon
  • As required For dacoration some chopped pistas

Directions: Baklava Gujiya Recipe

  • STEP 1.For dough to make Fujiyama sheets like phyllo (baklava)sheets Mix refined flour baking powder olive oil vinegar salt and then with Luke warm water knead the dough keep aside for 15 minutes
  • STEP 2.Then for stuffing roast suji and dry fruits then add mawa and sugar crush dry fr and then mix all stu
  • STEP 3.Now take the dough and roll them like very thin chapattis
  • STEP 4.And now take one by one chapati and stuff it with small 2inch long and one inch high cylinder cal shape filling
  • STEP 5.Now roll it in chapati roll and set all in a flat dish to bake in OTG or air fryer for 10-15 minuYes at 180 degree after baking make the sugar syrup and pour over the baked dish then dacorate with crush pista On it
  • STEP 6.Ready to serve ….v yummmy
