STEP 1.In an electric chopper add moong beans, add onion garlic and spinach also add olive oil
STEP 2.Make coarsely grind thick dough son you can give shape by your hands or palm.
STEP 3.Add salt and all the spices
STEP 4.Mix nicely, take a lemon size ball and give round , oval or flat shape as we are gonna bake them so you can give any shape.
STEP 5.Make all the falafal and place them on a baking tray bake all the falafals in the preheated oven on 200c for about 10 minutes and next 10 minutes from the other side.
STEP 6.Temperature and time may vary
STEP 7.Enjoy this healthy snacks with hummus or any dip.
