  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Chopped

  • 0.13 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

  • 1/4 Medium Sized Potato, Boiled And Diced
  • 1/4 Small Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Small Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 0.13 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Juice Lemon
  • as per your need Sev, Chopped Coriander Leaves, And Tamarind Chutney For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana or sago pearls in water for a few hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the water and let the sabudana pearls sit for a while to remove excess moisture.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine soaked sabudana pearls, mashed potatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, and spices.
  • STEP 4.Grease a muffin tin and press the sabudana mixture into each cup, creating a basket shape.
  • STEP 5.Bake in a preheated oven at 180掳C for 20-25 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 6.In a separate bowl, mix boiled and diced potatoes, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, spices, and lemon juice to make the chat mixture.
  • STEP 7.Once the sabudana baskets are cooled, fill them with the chat mixture.
  • STEP 8.Garnish with sev, chopped coriander leaves, and tamarind chutney.
