Proso millet is free from gluten and has numerous amounts of fatty acids and carbohydrates. It also contains the minerals such as magnesium, manganese, phosphorus etc. It is helpful for the post-menopausal women. It prevents the high blood pressure and provides adequate zinc, vitamin B6 and iron for the daily functioning.

Ingredients for Baked coriander cannoli with proso millet Recipe

  • 1 tbsp wheat flour /maida
  • 1 tbsp Oats flour
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 0.17 g daniya green chilly puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.06 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 cup prosomillet
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.13 tsp Rai
  • 1/2 g clove garlic greated
  • 0.13 g Ginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 g reen chilly finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 g green paper finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp Broccoli finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp paneer finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.13 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/4 tbsp daniya finely chopped

Directions: Baked Coriander Cannoli With Proso Millet Recipe

  • STEP 1.Above all the dry ingredients mix well in a large bowl after that pour slowly slowly daniya chilly puree n combine a stiff dough ,give rest for 10 to 15 min .Until that take pressure cooker apply salt in to it cover with lid take out whistle n preheat on slow flame .After giving rest to dough take some dough and make lemon size ball n roll it ,take it ring cutter n make it nice circle ,take cannoli mold
  • STEP 2.Place it on middle to circle chapati n join both adges .Make like that how many you want ,here i show 3 in pic .
  • STEP 3.Open lid for pressure cooker place plate inside n cover it with lid again for 10 to 15 min until golden colour comes out nicely ,after that take it out n let it cool down for some Minn take out mold gently ...
  • STEP 4.Wash n sock 1 or 2 hour proso millet ,after that boil it until cook it well .Seive axcess water n let it be cool down.
  • STEP 5.Assemble :
  • STEP 6.Take a clean plate ,In a bowl put mixed stuffing n put upside down in plate take out bowl ,now take cannoli shell fill inside same stuffing n place it on top of bowl , apply daniya mayo dip ,sauce n onion ring on side of plate n ready to be serve ...If you want add mix salad too As per your choice ...
