  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken pieces on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • STEP 4.Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until it is cooked through and golden brown.
