The chicken breast is cooked to perfection in a jiffy and is perfect to go with any sauce and rice or garlic bread on the side. The juicy, crunchy dish is prepared from baking chicken breast seasoned with black pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, rosemary, garlic & onion powder. The seasoning for this chicken is actually a great indicator for when the chicken is cooked to perfection. Basically, once the surface of the chicken is caramelized, it’s cooked to perfection inside so get it out of the oven. The last tip for a truly great Baked Chicken Breast is to pound it to even thickness, either with a rolling pin, meat mallet or even with your fist. This has the double effect of even cooking as well as tenderizing the meat.

  • 4 Nos chicken breast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.13 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • As required Some fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 As required tsp salt
  • 1.50 tablespoon olive oil

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Clean and dry the thighs. Now cover the chicken thighs with a thin transparent sheet and pat it with a rolling pin to make it softer.
  • STEP 2.Now transfer the chicken thigh into the baking pan and pour olive oil on each piece.
  • STEP 3.Rub each chicken thigh piece with the oil thoroughly and keep it aside.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl add black pepper, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, onion powder, paprika, red chilli flakes and mix all the ingredients well.
  • STEP 5.Now season the chicken breast with the spice mixture meanwhile patting it with hands.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Now bake the chicken breast at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 mins. Serve it with rice.
