Ingredients for Baked carrot, cauliflower,peas subji Recipe

  • 0.33 Pieces onion
  • 1/4 Cup white sauce
  • 0.67 Teaspoon grated cheese cubes
  • 0.67 Cup water
  • 0.67 Pinches black pepper
  • As Required salt
  • 0.33 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.33 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.17 Cup chopped cauliflower
  • 0.17 Cup chopped green beans
  • 0.17 Cup chopped carrot
  • 0.17 Cup chopped capsicum (green pepper)

Directions: Baked Carrot, Cauliflower,peas Subji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and Finely chop all the vegetables
  • STEP 2.In a large container, boil the water and add the cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, beans to it. Boil until the veggies become tender.
  • STEP 3.Next, heat some oil in a pan over a medium flame and saute the chopped onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Now add the capsicum, then add the boiled vegetables and saute them.
  • STEP 4.Season it with salt and black pepper. Add half of the white sauce and combine them properly. Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven at 180-degree Celsius.
  • STEP 5.Add the sauteed vegetables to the baking tray and pour the remaining white sauce over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the vegetables.
  • STEP 6.Place the dish in the oven and bake for 10- 15 minutes until the dish turns a little golden brown. Remove and serve.
