0.33 Pieces onion
1/4 Cup white sauce
0.67 Teaspoon grated cheese cubes
0.67 Cup water
0.67 Pinches black pepper
As Required salt
0.33 Tablespoon melted butter
0.33 Tablespoon minced garlic
0.17 Cup chopped cauliflower
0.17 Cup chopped green beans
0.17 Cup chopped carrot
0.17 Cup chopped capsicum (green pepper)

How to Make Baked Carrot, Cauliflower,peas Subji Recipe
Wash and Finely chop all the vegetables
In a large container, boil the water and add the cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, beans to it. Boil until the veggies become tender.
Next, heat some oil in a pan over a medium flame and saute the chopped onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Now add the capsicum, then add the boiled vegetables and saute them.
Season it with salt and black pepper. Add half of the white sauce and combine them properly. Grease a baking dish with butter and preheat the oven at 180-degree Celsius.
Add the sauteed vegetables to the baking tray and pour the remaining white sauce over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the vegetables.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 10- 15 minutes until the dish turns a little golden brown. Remove and serve.
