Baked bread pudding is one of my favourite pudding which is very easy to make and needs very few ingradients

Ingredients for Baked bread pudding #BSK Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 100 g Nestle Milkmaid condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp Custard powder
  • 2.50 pieces Bread
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • as required Cake sprinkles : as required for garnishing

Directions: Baked Bread Pudding #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.1.cut the breads into small pieces
  • STEP 2.2.In a large mixing bowl take milk ,milk maid,vanilla essence,custard powder mix well.
  • STEP 3.3.add bread pieces and let them soak for 3-4 mins
  • STEP 4.4.pour the mixture in a microwave safe bowl.
  • STEP 5.5.preheat the oven and put the bowl in the oven and bake in 180 degree centigrade for 20-25 min.
  • STEP 6.6.cool down the pudding and garnish with cake sprinkles and serve the delicious bread pudding.
