Baked Asparagus With Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

One of my favorite seasonal vegetables is asparagus. These delicious veggies cook in a jiffy and only need a few ingredients to highlight their flavor. I prefer cooking them in the oven because they remain crunchy, and i can cook them while i set the table. This recipe includes one of my favorite vinaigrettes-balsamic-which has the perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. I hope you like it.
